La Boite ALICIA - Cartonnage tutorial to download

The explanations, photos and diagrams allow you to create this creation independently. This paper/cardboard creation by LéNa is described with great precision, with numerous photos and many diagrams of all the stages of the object's manufacture.

Even if making this model requires a little knowledge of cardboard, it is still very pleasant to make.

Most :

* The transition from a hexadecagonal shape on the outside to a cylindrical shape on the inside.

* The marking of the cover with a hexadecagonal profile so as to coincide perfectly with the faces of the box.

* The magnificent paper lace: the lace of the 16 exterior faces echoes that of the rosettes on the top of the lid and the interior of the box. The effect is spectacular. The tutorial includes lace sheets to be printed on A4 sheet on a traditional domestic printer. I recommend choosing a fancy paper with lots of decoration.
